Original History Act of 2016 – Revised

 

BILL SUMMARY

To mandate all original state and federal historic documentsand history be defined and taught for public useby original documents from state and national archives,solely by the author’s original definitions documented at the time written, to preserve, protect, and defend the original history of the State of Tennessee and the United States of America against revision.

BE IT ENACTED BYTHE GENERALASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE,

 

Section 1.Only original, indigenous American English language definitionsand history of State and Federal Founding Fathers at the time they authored original state and federal documents can be used without error, omission, or revision for educationalpurposes.

 

Section 2.Original, indigenous documents and historyof the state and the United States of America and citizen rights and duties,must be taught instate funded schools Grades 1-12 for one semester annuallyto equip and motivate students to appreciate and exercise their rights, responsibilities and duties as citizens, including supervision of their Local, State, Federal governments.

 

Section 3. History of other nations or civilizations taught in state funded schools must be based from original, indigenousdocuments in state and national archives. No history other than state or federal can be taught prior to 7th grade.

This act shall takeeffect uponbecoming a law, thepublic welfarerequiringit.
